October 1st (9:00am) - Breaking Free 5K/15K
Florence, SC
The goal for this annual event is to raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence in the Pee Dee and to raise funds to support much needed services for victims and their families. All proceeds to go to Pee Dee Coalition’s Emergency Safe Shelter in Florence. Since establishing the shelter in 1989, the Coalition has provided 138,044 nights of emergency safe shelter and services to 6,822 women and children from across the Pee Dee. The race begins at Trinity Presbyterian Church and an awards ceremony will follow.

November 5th - Run Like a Nut 5K/10K/HM
Florence, SC
This is one of the longest running races in Florence. It kicks off the Florence Pecan Festival so bring a towel and walk to the festival afterwards. The race is organized and starts at Fitness Forum.
