May 18th - 4th Annual Race4Taylor: Run with the Pirates 5K/10K Run Walk
West Florence High School, Florence, SC
Race day registration is 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
This is Carolina Running Company's race that we time and organize. This is more than a race, it's an event. Come dressed like a pirate and help us to celebrate Taylor's 21st birthday! Great food, live music, and free activities for children! Cash award to runners breaking the 5K/10K records. All proceeds go to the non-profit Taylor Elmore Memorial Fund to promote running and education in the Greater Pee Dee area. Expect over 300 runners and an awesome time. You can also expect to see some of the Pee Dee's best runners. If can't join the fun, donations are accepted and if you would like to sponsor this race, contact us!

May 27th - Run For the Heroes 5K/10K Run and Walk
St. Anthony's Church, Florence, SC
Race day registration begins at 6:30 a.m. Race begins at 8 a.m.
The St. Anthony “Run for the Heroes” Memorial Day 5K/10Krace and 1 mi. Fun Walk honors the memory of our deceased military and recognizes the current sacrifices of our Active and Reserve personnel and their
families. Prior to the start of the race, a program honoring our Veterans will be held. Service men and women from various branches of our armed services are expected to participate in this program. The certified 5K course starts in the St. Anthony parking lot and will utilize all road surfaces. The 10K starts in the St. Anthony parking lot and will utilize road surfaces and the scenic “Rail Trail.” Our 1 mi. Fun Walk encourages entire families to participate in a patriotic and fitness oriented activity. Both races and the Fun Walk end back at St. Anthony where a Red, White, and Blue Pancake Breakfast & Award Ceremony will be held. Proceeds benefit academic programs at St. Anthony School, and a donation is made to the local Pee Dee Chapter of the American Red Cross, Disaster Services. Pre-register now! June 1st - Petal to the Metal 5K Run/Walk
Start time at 8:00 a.m. at Lee State Park
Race Day Registration at 7:00 a.m.- 7:45 a.m.
Join us at scenic Lee State Park to celebrate National
Trails Day at the first annual Petal to the Metal 5k run/walk sponsored
by Nucor Steel-SC and Vulcraft-SC, both divisions of Nucor Corporation. This
course is mostly flat with hard packed dirt and a little asphalt. Early
registration until May 10th is $15. All proceeds benefit Lee State Park,
our closest State Park. Originally built in the 1930's, Lee State Park is
a gateway to Lynches River, a designated state scenic river. The park
encompasses 2,838 acres of diverse habitat that includes
a vast hardwood floodplain forest, numerous artesian springs, a millpond and
sand hills. Nucor is the Nation's largest recycler and is committed to being
cultural and environmental stewards in the communities where we live and work.
There will be food and drinks post-race and awards for all age groups. Bring
the family and pets and enjoy a fun filled day!

National Trails' Day 5K Run and Walk
Start time: 8 a.m. 5K Run/Walk, 9 a.m. Kids' Trail Dash
Late Registration: Race Day- 7:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m.
Come join us at McLeod Health and Fitness to participate in this true cross country run that is a part of Florence's Trail System. If you have never run or walked a trail before, this is the perfect time to start and support your local community. This is a certified 5K course!

September 21st
Smokin' Fast 5K Run/Walk
Start time: 8:15, late registration 7 a.m.-8.a.m. Awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
This 5K Run/Walk is a part of The Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce Tobacco Festival. The start and finish will be at the Village Green on Henry St. in Lake City, SC. Children 9 and under are free with an adult. Enjoy running or walking this 5K and then stay around for the Tobacco Festival! More information to come!

Darlington Race Festival! Get ready to run!
Darlington Marathon 26.2 miles "Too Tough to Tame", Half Marathon 13.1 miles, 10K, 5K, and 2K Fun Run!
September 27th for the 2K Fun Run, packet pick-up and race expo!
September 28th for the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K- Start Time: 7 a.m.- no race day registration or packet pick-up!
The Darlington Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K will begin at The Darlington Raceway at 7:00 a.m. The final mile is a lap around "the track too tough too tame" to cross the finish line!! This certified course is a qualifier for The Boston Marathon. The night before there will be a 2K Fun Run around the track, packet pick-up, and a race expo! Trophies and awards ceremonies will be held in Victory Lane along with food and refreshments following the race. All Marathoners and Half Marathoners will receive a beautiful finishers' medal that is representative of "the track too tough to tame"! Come out and run this beautiful course in Darlington. You will run through some of the historic areas of the town as well as through Williamson Park and surrounding area.
